Air fryer pizza rolls

Place an egg roll wrapper on counter with one corner pointing towards you (baseball diamond). Put a little (1/2 tsp) pizza sauce or marinara near the bottom. Place some pepperoni on marinara (I get it from Food Lion deli, you can get 1/2 lb of pepperoni and 1/2 lb of salami for 5 bucks). Put 1/2 a cheese stick (not the breaded ones, the mozzarella sticks that little kids like). Fold the bottom over onto the cheese and roll up. Fold sides in and keep rolling. Moisten the top with a little water and seal it up. Heat air fryer to 360 (mine goes in 30 degree increments). Spray rolls with butter flavor cooking spray. Cook for 5 minutes, flip them, and cook for 2-3 more minutes, depending on how crispy you want them.

I tried sprinkling parmesan on them, but the fan sucked the cheese up into the burner and the whole house smelled like burnt feet.

I find that no matter what I do with tilapia, it always winds up seeming bland, but I've never tried it crispy with buffalo, sounds like it might make it worth it. Would be curious to know if you recommend it. The rest sounds tasty.
