49ers win on a late FG, 30-27. Allen does okay, so does CMC, but SF is just the better team, at home, right now.

49ers aren’t the Patriots.  They are just an good team that has played the easiest schedule in the NFL to date.  They aren’t going from 4-12 to 13-3.

Best offensive player that steps on the field Sunday belongs to Carolina

Best defensive player that steps on the field Sunday will also belong to Carolina.

Close game.   Not buying at all 49ers are the better team.   They just have a better record because of the schedule.  If Carolina didn’t open the season with a gimp/hurt player that touched the ball every possession they would be undefeated right now too.

16-13 either way

We shut their offense down, they have 1 big play

CMC does a good job running the ball and has a big game.

Allen gets hit a lot, fumbles at least once (SF has forced a QB fumble in every game this season)

Comes down to a FG

Nobody is scoring 30 in this game, might not score 30 between both teams. Defense rules on Sunday, which team gets turnovers and best field position wins...

Slye kicks a game winning field goal as time expires

Panthers 17

9ers 10

I like your prediction but your math doesn't add up if Slye is kicking a game winner.

best example is Pittsburgh, never has a team won when committing 5 turnovers- not a single one, ever. The Niners did.

But that also speaks to the fact the 49ers have played the easiest schedule.

49ers winning that game says more about how bad Pitt was....than it being an statement and example of good play by SF

It speaks to facing adversity, overcoming it, and how hard that particular scenario is to overcome. Good teams win games they should win, they find a way. It is amusing to me how much this board harps on scheduel strength considering we have played two of the same opponents and you are 1-2 against them.

You are on a Panthers message board.  You expect us to worry about your little team because you beat up a bunch of scrubs?  We kicked y'alls ass regularly when we were in the West and we will continue to do so.

And now, this year, you got your ass kicked by the teams we beat.

    • The same folks crying about the OL right now were crying about it in 2023 too. We have tied up over 100 million dollars in two interior olinemen alone. We've invested multiple first and second round picks in the offense. We hired an offensive minded head coach. This is an offensive team. The offense needs to produce or people need to be replaced.
    • This is the same place that has ridiculed and blasted Caleb Williams at every opportunity he has his team sitting at 10-4 in the same NFC that the Panthers are competing in. And their division in the NFC North is as or more competitive as our division. Yet from the same people who have very high standards for Williams we get every excuse imaginable for the smallest starting QB in the league even when he and his team continue to disappoint when the pressure is on. You lot aren't any less inconsistent than anyone else.
    • The Panthers are 9th in cap spent on offense this year.  However next season is already a different story  The Panthers as it stands right now will be 18th in cap spent on offense and 8th in cap spent on defense  The Panthers are currently set to spend more on defense next year than they are on offense this season Guys like Jaycee and Moehrig cap numbers take a big jump. Wharton has a massive cap hit   Jaycee Moehrig and Wharton in 2025 The same 3 in 2026 So this same defense as it stands right now will cost more in 2026 than this offense does right now… Got anything else you want to try?
