We should be content because Ron is a nice guy and other teams suck too.

Stick with the status quo.

Ugh. Ron had better find a way for things to get turned around in a big way.

That's the hope.

My big fear though is what if he doesn't but Tepper decides the current braintrust just needs "a little more time"?

I hope not. He's given then a full season with all the resources they could want to make this team killer. He's thrown money into so many areas to help. If they can't do better, then he needs to do better than them.

I think he understands it.

He's given them ample opportunity under his ownership to show what they can do and they are showing it. 8ts just more of the same and no one should be surprised at the results.

You can’t run a football team or much else with a board,..

you can’t get 3 people or more to agree on what they want on Pizza, let alone coaches and players on a football team.

no wonder they suck.

they have an excuse,.. and a Super Bowl recently,.. and others in the 90s and quite a few appearances before that.

what excuse do we have except winning 2 NFC Championships and a handful of playoff appearances?

That’s when it’s time to second guess Tepper’s desire to win consistently (or at all).

One thing that cannot be disputed is Ron cannot field a consistent winner.

It’s been a pretty tough ride for both teams since 2016.

By the way, the Panthers are 6-15 in the division since Super Bowl 50.

That is the biggest damning factor when talking about Ron.

He cannot compete within the division...we have been POOR vs NFCS since that season.

See ya Ron.

Personally I would love to see us get a Jonathan Stewart part 2.

it’s wishful thinking to pick up a Steve Smith, but I would have loved it instead of drafting Greg Little and Will Grier that we would have gotten Parris Campbell and a real safety or another corner. JoeJuan has looked pretty damn good for the Patriots(who hasn’t though)—

no one can predict someone having concussion issues— but I was never high on Little anyway— and Grier... well Grier

It's that Steeler philosophy of "patience" that scares me.

Sometimes it's warranted, but not always.

We fell off a cliff as well. Since then one playoff appearance with a wild card loss

I don't even count 2017 if you remember the context. Getting swept 3x to the Saints including WC loss is pretty shitty and left a horrible taste in my mouth. I wouldnt consider that a successful season

I agree but that grounding call was some bollshit.
