Rivera and Hurney are two halfs to a whole problem and you can't really fire one and not the other. Firing Hurney now would allow us to get started looking for a GM to take over and ultimately replace Rivera.

What ever will we do with a disrupted locker room for the next six games of a pointless season.

Tho I agree new coach and GM mid seasons means interns etc which are as good as lame ducks anyways; no good candidate will interview until after the super bowl (less their team is out) just let this season slowly die

I have a feeling some may be disappointed to learn that Tepper likes Hurney and Rivera will go away but Hurney will stay.  Tepper will get involved on next coaching hunt though,  so we got that going for us.

If any player or coaching isn't feeling nervous I would be worried.

A this point, short of being David Tepper (and maybe not even then) I'm not sure anyone knows Ron and Marty's employment status for next season. 

I think both have been given ample opportunity to demonstrate their capabilities and have come up wanting, but that is for others to decide.

Only thing in my control is whether I'll continue to watch this poo show every NFL Sunday.

Looks like I may free up several hours to do something more enjoyable or at least more productive.

If Hurney is putting together untalented roster, why is it we look great one game and like poo the next game?   I believe coaching is 80% of the problem.
