Are we just going to ignore this?

Atlanta went to NO and beat them 26-9.... something had changed . Let’s watch the season unfold before we make rationalization, Ron being fired is not going to turn this season around... we go 6-10 to 8-8 then you can fire him.

I just have this feeling we’re going 2014 on their a$$. When was the last time the Panthers started winning? The board felt exactly like this after the week 2 loss.... I’m sure the Saints felt the same losing at home to the 1-7 falcons...

It's really cute that people still have hope

Hell yeah man. I'm an optimist so I never give up, always stay positive. Keep Pounding I say.

Overall, do we still have a chance? Statistically, yes. We win out, we go 11-5 & end up with a wild card spot. Maybe even NFC South champs, if someone else will beat the Saints along with us.

Now realistically, will we make the playoffs? At this point, probably not. Cam is on IR (& probably gone), Kyle Allen town is currently lost, our o-line is still trash, our D has given up & I'm not sure if Ron even cares anymore. He was actually smiling after Kyle Allen threw his 4th INT...not a good sign for the Panthers.

I say our top priority now is to ruin playoff spots for the Saints, SeaCocks & Colts.

Sorry dude but we are going to hit a buzz saw. Allen has zero time with this crap line. CMC can't run with this crap line. Our Dline is a crap line and allows both running and passing in record bad numbers. The wheels have just fallen off this car.

I'm a glass is half full guy.

One of my watching buddies is definitely a glass is half empty guy.

But he did make an observation in the 3rd quarter that this loss just may save the franchise.  Point being, so many "fans" were secretly and not so secretly happy to move on from Cam.  As painful as it was to watch maybe, just maybe, this fan base will start appreciating Cam for being Cam.

    • Hurney 2.0 and Fitts were so bad I don't know if it was intentional or they were that abysmally clueless. Fittershits panicked repeatedly being on the back end of positional runs while Hurney couldn't evaluate anyone outside of the 1st.  I can't figure out why Plummer still has a jersey. There's no reason. Dalton brings nothing to the table. If another QB gets cut that has given a glimmer of anything better than what we have, we should look, and that goes for every position.  I cant get over how much different this team could have been with a competent GM and having accepted the Rams offer for Burns. This franchise could have gone in a totally different direction.
    • I thought tanking wasn't actually a thing and we were firmly against it though?
    • I think they are watching to see who’s going to be available before they make theirs official. Probably working trades too. I wouldn’t be surprised if they don’t cut anyone today.
