What is a bigger problem? Defense or QB?

He honestly never really was on option.  He was another long shot developmental project that Hurney fell in love with.

True, but I didn’t want him to continue to play out of his mind for it to even be debatable.  Wouldn’t have put it past him to see a scenario where Hurney gets rid of Cam, drafts another 3-4 round project QB ala Grier or a vet 2nd string type and talks about how an offseason with number 1 reps will put Kyle over the hump.

It’s both. But when your QB hands the other team the ball via fumbles or INTs it wears your defense out. He’s not doing us any favors. How many points would Seattle have if we took away the turnover points?

How many turnovers would we have if we had a actual line that blocks? I mean honestly Cam might would be healthy and Rivera might not be fired.

Uh.. around 5 weeks ago... according to a lot around here he was a budget version of Tom Brady.   Not to mention more than a few NFL pundits and national publications.

So saying he was "never" an option isn't quite true.   Now saying he won't be an option moving forward is perfectly valid.

I'm not sure of that. Allowing the rushing yards they are even if we had a 35 point offense it would be hard to win.

Yeah,  there's no sure fire answer to pease everyone but our defense isn't good enough to sort a weak offense but has managed to keep us in the game, for now.

Fair point. But they haven't prevented many important points all year. Same could be said about our offense though. Tepper really needs to be careful who he picks to GM because good drafting moving forward is super important.
