Excellent post and write up. But if we are considering qb which I dont think we should as of yesterday mcshay has Tua going 4 to the Fins and us at 9 passing on Herbert for Derrick Brown to replace Poe.  My Dream scenario would be some way we snag Jerry Jeudy. Elite level Wr. Rare prospect. I see him similar to OBJ

I didn’t stay at a Holiday Inn last night so I don’t have an insight into why Rivera’s scheme only relied on JAG safeties, but if there is a real difference making one on the second day of this draft PLEASE go get him.  There aren’t many Bob Sanders or Troy Palamalus around, but we need someone who at least concerns the offense a little.  Right now they knew there is nothing back there to worry about and it shows.

This is one of those drafts where I hope we keep it simple.  It actually sets up pretty well for us.

Lets say we are picking around 10, here is what I would do.

If Tau falls because of his medical, and if your doctors expect him to fully recover you strongly consider him.  Most years he would be the #1 pick.

Personally I think Herbert is overrated so I hope we don't chase a QB or trade up.  I would prefer to see what Grier has first.

If Tau is gone there is a good chance that 3 QBs go top 10 and in the case there might be a top 5 type of talent at 10.  Pick your favorite of Dline, CB, S, or OT.  Resist the urge to go WR, this class is loaded and there should be a good one in the second.  

Personally I really like the idea of Brown or Delpit.  If both of those are gone there are several really good CBs at the top of the draft.

Short version: Tau>Brown or Delpit>CB, WR in second.

Does Will Grier show enough to make FO comfortable giving him a shot to start in 2020

Who do we hire as HC. What system will he run and who fits it the best

Lots of FA’s this year.Who stays, who goes

And of course there’s Cam.

Grant Delpit, Ashtyn Davis, Richard LeCounte III, Brandon Jones, Jeremy Chinn, Hamsah Nasirildeen, Xavier McKinney, and possibly Winfield (if he comes out) 

In order? Because I think it is finally the year we take a safety in the first or second round

Jerry Jeudy is way more Chad Johnson than Steve Smith. Not sure what you’re seeing to draw that comparison.

So can someone explain to me why everyone loves Tua who is coming off 2 years of injuries himself?  Tua behind this line is setting the kid up for failure.
