It's not a guarantee either way, but sometimes there's a reason.

You don't want to be a slave to things like that, but you don't want to ignore them either.

Saints have had one of the best OL in the league which has been a big reason for their success

Look what theyve done

Drafted a OT in rd 1 when they already had a LT or one they were trying to have.  The OT has played RT and can play LT if needed

They also had a RT guy theu drafted high who has moved to LG and been a Stud.  Peat like Moton is a very Capable RT but has become a STUD at LG.

Little, Moton, Paradis, Turner, Wirfs woupd make a big step forward for this franchise.

Plus the DT crop this year will run deep and a stud who normally would be a 1st rounder would be around with our 2nd rounder like Raekwon Davis or Marvin Wilson.

Remember when we thought John Matsko was a good OL coach?

I don't know why we have ever thought so.  He took a top OL in Baltimore from 2008 to 2011 and turned them into a 40 sacks allowed squad and their running game disappeared.  Harbaugh just straight up fired him for underperformance even though he wasn't purging his staff.  He helped Oher which was the original appeal after we reunited them.

I was never really that big a fan of Matsko.

Back around 2015 though, he was getting talked about like he was the best OL coach in the league.

I disagree.  If the Eagles win, the Top-4 is Bengals, Skins, Detroit, and NYG.

I don't see the Redskins, Lions, or Giants picking Tua.  2 just drafted QBs who showed promise after rough patches.  Lions are a wildcard.  Next in line can potentially be the Dolphins, Chargers, and Jaguars all of which need a QB so I actually think it's the opposite and quite likely he goes between picks 5-8.

You are assuming those three teams (Dolphins, Chargers, Jags) are willing to wait for Tau.  All of them will be afraid the other one is going to trade up.

I wouldn't be surprised if someone moves up to 2, that is if he clears out medically.

Tua is the biggest wildcard in this draft with the injury issues. Not much of anything that happens with his draft status will surprise me. So much hinges on his medicals and even if there's a virtual consensus that he's a huge injury risk, all it takes is for one team to disagree.

Not feeling a WR. With our QB uncertainty and trash OL, I just don't think adding a top 10 WR would be a good investment. At least not in the short-term anyway.

I disagree but I understand your opinion.. I just think we are really thin at WR..especially if Moore gets hurt.. And Curtis right now is a number 3 we in my opinion.. We need a big WR..
