I actually think this would be a good move for the skins with the Rivera/Hurney combo.  Not a great move but definitely an upgrade over the shitfest they have been running for the past dozen years.

Snyder got a jump start on everybody when he fired Jay Gruden back in early October.

If he winds up using that head start to hire Ron Rivera and Marty Hurney, I'm gonna laugh for a long, long time

I agree but bringing in a stop gap to take care of a stop gap isn't ideal. Especially when no one is behind Hurney.
