Be dismissive all you want, but Hurney still sticking around this off season could seriously screw things up for this rebuild.  You know doing Hurney things.

I don't see the point of keeping both Allen AND Grier. Why have a competition for your number 3 QB?

More of "I know a guy", but have a buddy who played with Grier in Olsen's golf tournament and said Grier was a moron.  Have zero issue believing that Grier will never be able to go through progressions or have the awareness to make plays.

admittedly the game has changed since 2010, but come on. Pickles was much worse than Grier.  Unathletic, and just as weak an arm.  At least Grier can move around the pocket and has good awareness.

If Allen didnt come in im not sure CMC gets 67 rec yrds. Thats how bad the day was going.

We know that Allen is not consistent with a bad OL and playing from behind.  The defense pins their ears back and you have turds to protect you  

He will be better next year with a better OL and defense.

I feel confident we have a #2 QB.  I feel that Grier showed no ability to play NFL football.

Allen came in with 6 minutes left in the second quarter. Here’s what Grier had done in over a quarter and a half:

6 drives

7 total non-penalty yards

1 first down due to a PI call

1 Fumble

1 Interception returned for a TD

Handed ball over to Allen down 28-0

That might be one of the worst QB appearances ever. There is no chance CMC gets 1000 yards receiving with Grier.

Sad part is if the staff would have let Allen play all of the last two games, CMC would have got to 1000/1000 LAST week and could have broken Chris Johnson's record today.
