One specific aspect stood out to me as a breath of fresh air.

Where he talked about his time at Baylor/Temple.  He stated how he would play freshman..seniors.  It didn't matter.  He didn't give a preference.  He wanted his players to learn from game experience.

No more friggin struggling veterans over clearly better rookies/guys in their soph year.

How did you get that?  He gave a complete non-answer/evasion.  Certainly doesn't mean that he doesn't like Cam, but I don't know how you come away from it drawing that conclusion.
