The Panthers wouldn't pay a healthy Greg Olsen $7M, but you think they should risk $20M to see if Cam can "regain his form?"

And Greg Olsen is a much better TE than Cam is a QB.

I am against trading Cam, but if this is the route we are going, I hope that there is another deal right after it that involves moving up for Burrow.

Not Tua or Herbert..... but Burrow. Pair him back with an OC that arguably made him this past year into the #1 selection and we have a franchise QB on a rookie contract. 

Trade Cam for an early 2nd round pick....maybe the LAC selection.

Trade our 2020 1st & 2nd, and our 2021 1st, 2nd & 4th to Cincy for #1 overall.

We would recoup the 2nd this year in the Cam trade to LA, so in essence, we get Burrow for next year's 1st, 2nd and 4th. 

We would probably recoup additional comp picks next year if we let Bradberry, McCoy, etc. walk... but would depend on if we jump into FA this year.

Making this trade also opens up $18M in cap space as well.

This is a possibility, but I fear Newton won't be enough alone to seal the deal. If this were 3 or 4 years ago sure. But the uncertainty our FO has allowed to swirl around all this has likely lowered Cam's trade value. If we wanted to make it happen we will likely need to offer more. That could mean hurting some feelings around here. How badly do some of ya'll want a quarterback?

We wasted another year of the rebuilding process. If the goal is to get a top QB just trade/cut Cam and ride with Kyle Allen. Stop being indecisive either Cam is your guy or not. Make a final decision is all im asking.

Only a wasted year if the QB of the future is drafted or already on the roster.  Kyle Allen is not the future.  The Panthers need a QB and they have one on the roster in Cam.  Worse case scenario the Panthers are drafting their QB in 2021 anyway.
