The biggest impact on major corporations and businesses is that many of them have now been exposed for using the cheap credit of the last 12 years to offset unwise business practices that didn't build their businesses. So many companies were caught leveraged to the hilt right now and with no  cash reserves that they can't make their bond and debt payments. Many had been unwisely using what should have been cash reserves to buy back issued stock to improve the revenues of the rest of the stock holders.

We haven't even started to see the bottom of the business impact yet, that is still downstream as a number of companies that have done massive layoffs won't have the cash on hand to restart production/services and make payroll to bring people on. Couple that with the inflationary aspects of the government/Fed Reserve just printing up $3 billion out of thin air and well, you should get the picture.

Don't drop money into the stock market right now, no matter how bad they want you to. This "recovery" is fool's gold, imho.

Instead, sock that cash away for your own rainy day. The rains, they are gonna come.

This is the mentality that separates the eternally broke from those that accumulate wealth.  There is a ton of money to be made right now.  Just don't be mad at those that make it, instead of "socking it away."

Buy now, get rich quick, here's the secrets THEY don't want you to know!

I didn't say anything about "get rich quick," that's on you.  But there's plenty of money to be made right now, and I'm sorry you weren't taught how to go make it.  But have fun "socking it away."

Scientist now warn that all Americans should practice social distancing until at least 2022 or until a vaccine is finalized. Wow

Anyone who has been paying attention pretty much already realized this would be the case.

No doubt that’s true, but it’s going to be tough to do when 20-30% of the population is a homeless shelter.

We are about to pull a Ron Rivera and Co. w the Coronavirus. Jump out to a big lead with aggressive offense and defense then at half time we switch tactics and go 3 and out every series and play prevent while the opponent makes a comeback.

Nailed it.

Except I'd say it's more like watching Shanahan screw up this year's Super Bowl. You're out to a nice lead what you do and then decide to switch tactics and have a Jimmy G vs. Mahomes shootout then act shocked by the results. It won't be going too conservative that seals our fate on this one, it'll be over-aggressiveness. You already have Trump pounding the drum in the White House and now we're watching a coalition of Democratic governors band together, both vying to put themselves in position to claim victory on re-opening the American economy.

I have been reading foreign news and I’d say one thing...  we better be glad we are in US.  Other countries told their people to stay home, cancel schools and no stimulus.  Some countries raised taxes to help with government lost revenues.  Citizens of those countries actually point finger at US and say how it should be done.

    • OL then RB would make heads explode but its might not be too unlikely
    • Wonder if we draft a RB. Seems like a lot of eggs in Brooks’ basket right now.  And the OL, no kidding. If that running game goes to hell with what we have at QB, you can forget competing. It is so much more important than sticking another wideout on the field. Take your wideout later.
    • I have lots of different thoughts on it. This argument, the primary thing is I don’t like seeing him or anyone, being convicted on hearsay and/or pure speculation. Which some are doing.  I don’t care That much about defending Morgan as I do about the criticism being fair minded.    You sort of assert that Dan was just a yes man. I don’t think we know if he ever pushed back against Fitterer but I have this instinct thing that needs me to satisfy the question of: if Tepper was so down on a Fitterer as to fire him, why in the world would he hire his carbon copy? I guess maybe he wanted a yes man.Like I said, lots of different thoughts.     I am just not gonna judge him that harshly based only on speculation. I am sticking with what he has done starting when he was hired as GM. Maybe I am more lenient because the first season for him and Canales, I gave both a pass. Said I would judge them after the first year. Stuck to it. If you can get to the reality that neither were ready for the job and say okay give them a year get their feet wet, it looks a lot better.    And we are not bound to Bryce yet. Yes, for yet another fuging year he can probably marginally improve and slide by like he has been doing. But if they add even more people and he regresses? I think we could see some relief.    The QB room? As I understand it, Pickett was Canales’ choice. If we need to blame people for poo. In a sense, he is very Bryce like. So makes a good plug in. I get that a little bit. We still have the draft. If they do better than Jake Plummer or Hooker I’ll know they are trying.
