Hey everyone...

I don’t post here here much anymore and not sure how to embed a YouTube video but if any of you live in Iredell County NC , specifically Statesville, I would appreciate any assistance you could give to a local business. This is my ex of 20 years and mother of my 2 kids and she is close to shutting her restaurant down and could use the help. She is a good person and many of the original members know her. No Go Fund me or anything like that. Just a news clip to show what people are going through. It’s a hard time for a lot of people. Thanks Huddle and this seemed like an appropriate place the post this. Hope you are all well and enjoy the draft.

Good to see here you also. Stay at home or open businesses...it’s a hard decision and a lot of people are hurting for different reasons.. I see both sides and wish everyone well. Just be kind to one another during these times. That we should all agree on.

There is a balance that needs to be struck between the two.  Its sad that its become "sides," but that's to be expected the minute this became political.

People without an axe to grind were saying to put it thru trials and see what it does.

People with an axe to grind were either proclaiming it a miracle drug or the most toxic substance known to man.

I think I have eaten at this restaurant before.  If I get back to Statesville again anytime soon I will drop in and get something for sure.  Glad to see you back @Johnny Rockets.

      I encourage you to go back and watch his college play. Notice how he immediately backpedals to 10 yards behind the LOS on almost every snap. You can't do that in the NFL. Your OTs have no chance of keeping those freak show edge rushers off of you. You can't create a pocket that deep. Bryce can chuck it when he has an airport runway in front of him to step up into. There's a reason why "ease of creating velocity" is such a talking point evaluating QBs. It's not how hard or how far you can throw the ball given a perfect situation. It's how hard and how far you can throw the ball in a typical NFL game situation and that's where a lot of my concerns with Bryce were going into the draft. There were way too many plays in his college tape that if you were watching that purely in terms of translating it to the NFL it just didn't work.

      Yeah, like I said I get it. From a revenue perspective I'm not a good customer for them. They've probably intentionally tanked offline franchise mode to try to get people online. Again, not a terrible strategy from a pure business perspective. I can't really be mad at them for doing what's good for business but yeah, from my perspective it still sucks.

      Ok let me be more specific. Smith was a stud before Newton got here do you not agree? Yes, LaFell improved under Cam but then had his best years after leaving the Panthers with Cam as the QB and going to NE. So he improved playing with someone else. Olsen was in Chicage the year before Cam arrived and statistically had the same numbers his first year with Cam.  Hope that's clearer for you.
