Hurney is clearly not as in control of things as people want to believe.  Tepper and Rhule are steering the ship.  Hurney is their humbled servant.  He has his scouting resources, input on draft talent, but this is not his team he's rebuilding.  Even though he's here, it's obvious he's not really as "here" as he's been in the past.

In terms of the offense TB makes sense actually as he will be throwing short passes to all our smaller fast WRs and our elite RB for the YAC...the offense may just be good. The defense....uh i got nothin

Never said that.  Nor did I say, as others have suggested, that today's moves have any bearing on Bridgewater's trajectory here.  I'm sure some didn't read the whole post, but I said Bridgewater is and has been a fine player.  He may look incredible here in virtually tte same system with several uniquely talented weapons in DJ, Samuel, and CMC.  

This thread is more about appreciating Cam, while questioning Tepper and Rhule's direction and decisions.

I understand it's a business, and the NFL tends to be a lot more vicious than other leagues.  I understand all things must eventually come to an end, but this was handled horribly and fairly unprofessionally, especially considering all Cam did and gave to this franchise.  We look classless and clueless as an organization.

People really took Rhule's statement of "I would love to coach Cam" and reasoned with themselves that meant he was coming back....naive.

No one cares that we moved on from Cam. It was inventible. What we care about is we can no longer trade Cam, he will be released and we signed Teddy freaking checkdownwater. This is a disaster

I kinda hope Cam ends up in Washington.   I still like Ron.  Still like Cam.  I was born and raised a Skin fan like so many others around here.  Give me something to watch and pull for while we waste away. 

You don't expect the Redskins under Ron Rivera to do the same?  They're already dead.  I certainly wouldn't expect a revival under Rivera.
