If we are thinking about trading with Tampa, taking this and next year's first pick is a bare minimum. Then throw in some second round pick. Trading with divisional rival isn't cheap.

Howard is an underachiever.I wouldn't trade anything higher than a sixth or seventh for him, and you might have to talk me into that.

Olsen didn't peek until he was traded.  TE takes a back seat in Tampa due to the talent and depth at WR.

Olsen's problem in Chicago was that he was underused. I see Howard more as someone who's underachieved.

Compare him to Cameron Brate. One of them is making the most of their opportunities while the other just seems to be pissing theirs away.
