Rhule thinks Snow's strategy is "Belichickian"

But he is right. Belichick is pretty darn creative with his schemes and changing them a great deal from week to week.

I honestly don't think Snow will ultimately work out either, but I respect that the guy is trying. If something isn't working, change it up. Don't go down in flames while touting your "system" that's getting skull fuged on the field week in and week out.

The dude has been a NFL DC for two games. I want to see how he does next year when he has players and staff with more experience.

Unless next year shows zero improvement, I think this guy will get three years to prove himself.

I'm not sure Snow will work out, but I think two games with a SUPER young team that had ZERO preseason and limited offseason is far too early to tell.

Tbh trying to judge anything off of this talent isn't fair. In the NFL you have to have skill players to compete and outside of Chinn, Brown, and Shaq we have no one. That's a GM problem not a coaching one.

Agreed. I'm just basing my opinion that he probably won't work out on his previous work and lack of quality NFL experience. His only NFL experience was four years with the Lions as a LB coach when they went a combined 15-49 ultimately concluding with a 0-16 season.
