Need to get another L today. Jets and Giants are on our heels for the number 1 pick. Have to slow it down, let Teddy try to air it out since he’s not good at that. And hopefully, the Chargers can beat us and continue our #tankforTL2020.

How are they on our hills when we haven't even won a game?

I have this bad feeling the wheels completely come off this week and the Chargers win big. Hope I am wrong, just feels like the Panthers are held together by bubble gum and duct tape right now.

I could be wrong but I’m feeling the opposite. Feeling the Panthers rally and win then go on a big losing streak and then squeeze out a couple/few more wins end of season (Falcons) making today a meaningless win and dropping our draft pick.

It truly is bittersweet this team and Rhule desperately needs high picks for his rebuild.

I'm starting to think we win this game.  Bridgewater goes off for 350+ pass yards and 4 TDs.  The first 2 weeks were almost preseason-like for this team and now the offense is starting to gel and we can break out some of Brady's best, most well-designed plays.

Brian Burns has a sack and forced fumble.  Rasul Douglas 1 INT.

My biggest concern is Joey Bosa.  He can WRECK an offense.  I think we're gonna need Manhertz or Thomas to do their part in blocking today because Moton, while solid, will struggle vs Bosa 1v1 all game.

    • Right and I think we can have a conversation about that. But even with the scheme he should still be able to muster more than 1.5 sacks right? I mean DJ Johnson played in Evero's scheme too but that didn't stop us from calling him a bust. Scourton didn't seem to have trouble flashing. There can be different things true at one time.
    • I assume you are quoting my still. If so, I don't know what your argument is since mine was simply showing a play where Bryce scored a TD against the Rams in the playoffs where another poster used a similar still of Herbert's line to defend his poor performance last night. Like I said, Herbert is a better QB but Bryce wins the game last night for the Chargers. It simply is something he does better than Herbert and would play to his strengths. Someone even said earlier Chargers only win 1 or 2 games this year if Bryce was their QB which is so absurdly laughable it wasn't even worth trying to address. I mean this thread is literally called "Bryce Young is the worst QB in Panther's History" so I understand there is no objective arguments to be had here but I found that amusing.
    • I think his knee would make a good reason to switch to guard IF he returns.  Half don't.  Half of those don't last too long.  The strain on a knee (320lb man) vs speed rushers is more substantial.  So I would keep him if I could on a small contract (he will make $17.5 in 2026 fully guaranteed) and think of him as a possible guard for the post Lewis/Hunt era.  Knee injuries in big men are not invitations to invest in them.
