Meanwhile in Atlanta...

These turned down a 2nd round draft pick when I requested to get traded last year. The same turned down a 5th and 6th round draft pick from multiple teams when I requested to get traded this year. I only have 17.5 career sacks.

and now the Falcons have responded.

McKinley's decision to share details of possible trades on social media is unusual and wasn't taken well by the Falcons.

"Takk will definitely be held accountable for his actions and everything that goes with it," Falcons interim coach Raheem Morris said. "That's with him missing today and all of the things he's missed in the past. You definitely have to go through all the issues and go through all the stuff you have to deal with. You have to deal with it as an organization. You have to hit him right in the face."

Not sure I want a guy who essentially tweets “Look how much I suck and my team was dumb enough to turn down a 2nd rd pick for me.”

I mean, is he really saying that he sucks? I think he's just straight trolling!

I'd give him a shot. His snap count has decreased every year it seems, so I'm giving him a little benefit of doubt. I think his energy buys him a look at least.

Plus, he just turned 25 a couple of days ago.

Let's sign him for vet min. when he's released shortly.

Why would he do that? Minimum for him is 720K or 806K depending on how they count seasons. Whether he must complete 4 seasons or be on his 4th to get the 806K. Regardless he's not going to sign for the minimum.

To be honest I feel for Takk, he is a person who wears his heart and emotions on his sleeve, as we all saw draft night. I’m hoping he can someday come to terms with himself enough to channel that fire and frustration only on the field, though I am not a falcons fan I always wanna see another person find their stride. That said I think he will get it all put together someday soon.
