just starting brunch.....Rarebit eggs benedict (egg and grilled ham on texas toast with cheese sauce)  

 

 

a meat and cheese board will be out all day for nibblings

then, we need something healthy for this afternoon and tonight, so one of my favorite vegetable dishes...corn and butterbeans.

and for the game itself, kraut dogs

and chili dogs

 

and of course, there will be beer and scotch to mark out continued movement to pick #4.

Let's go Panthers!  Let's the young guys improve and stay healthy!

If you are in Charlotte check out Edge City on Monroe Rd (oh noessss another brewery in Charlotte11!!1).

It’s become one of my favorites and definitely on he low key side of things. Right across the street from East Meck.
