tom brady was drafted in the 6th round. there’s a clear market inefficiency here. we should take advantage of teams overvaluing high picks and trade down for a bounty of 3rd day picks.

Honestly a top 3 pick would be awesome on a season that is now over for us but I’m not panicking over winning this game either. And as you pointed out, it’s not like dropping 3-4 spots is going to ruin our draft. Would I prefer to pick 3rd? Yes. But am I gonna be upset if we are picking 7th instead? No, not really. After Lawrence I still feel like Lance has the highest ceiling from a skill set point of view anyway. And he’s probably in our range even with a win here.
