Not surprised at all that LSU is chasing some of the guys they lost last year because damn if they didn't look straight up dreadful this year. I'm also hoping that these openings might open the door for some folks with more NFL experience. I think the overall staff would benefit from it.

I wasn’t as impressed with Joe Brady’s offense as I thought I would be. If he and his assistant get new jobs I think that’s fine. Start fresh with a rookie QB and a more experienced offensive coordinator and position coach with a proven track record of developing QBs.

I was impressed early, then teams adjusted to Teddy's obvious weaknesses. It's tough to counter when you have such a limited talent at QB and you're also missing your most dynamic offensive weapon.

Basically I think Brady still has to prove it at the NFL level, but I'm still hopeful that he can.

I like the overall aggressiveness, but many of the 3rd down calls made me scratch my head.  Running Samuel up the middle yesterday on 3rd down is just one example off the top of my head.  I think Brady outsmarts himself sometimes trying to guess what the defense is expecting instead what OUR offense may execute the best.  It seems he's free to call his game on the early downs and gets caught up trying to play 4-D chess on the money down.

I’ll say scheming 4 different players to 1,000+ scrimmage yards is pretty impressive, especially with CMC out and with SEVERE limitations at QB.

I think you are right here.
He is young and hopefully can learn from his mistakes. Maybe some mentoring from Rhule and the older coaches can help develop Brady. After all, I think this was his first OC job.

I agree. If he's the OC next year, I'm not going to be calling for his head or anything. He has a ton of potential and still learning the ropes at the NFL level. But, I also wouldn't be upset if he moved on to greener pastures. Could work out to be a good move for both sides. 

I'm more concerned with Phil Snow at DC. Dude made some horrific playcalls this season and I was critical of his hiring from the get go. Panthers defense allowed the most first downs in franchise history and tons of 3rd and longs. Some of that can be chalked up to lack of talent but at some point you have to point the finger at the man in charge.
