The Sean McVay’s of the NFL and their early success is the reason some teams think this is a great move. Get him early and live through the pain of a couple of seasons to get the finished product. Looking back, would we have been better off to fire Rivera and keep McDermmott then fire Marty and hire Beane (I know that never would have happened)?

It's laughable that he will get an interview after only one year as an NFL OC.  NFL has become a game of chasing a shiny object.
