Not including a player, even a star player, in the process of choosing a head coach or a general manager isn't necessarily a mistake.

Telling him that you're going to include him and then not doing it...

...that's a mistake.

I honestly think McNair is just in over his head.

He needs somebody who knows what they're doing, so I guess he better hope Caserio is that guy.
