Teddy could be included in the deal just for cap reasons, if the Texans would be fine taking 1 year of his contract to bridge a rookie they draft. But it definitely wouldn't add value to the trade for the Texans, and if anything we'd just have to add an extra mid/late round pick to get them to take the contract. If he wasn't traded to the Texans we'd have to find somewhere else to trade him. Couldn't fit both Watson and Teddy here.

That said Watson has a no trade clause so he probably has a bit more to say about where he goes.

Obviously the rough amount of salary payed to the roster is generally the the same. How you divide it up clearly matters as well. So the its not your pocket logic makes no sense.
