Overall thoughts on the guy, I am HAPPY this guy is the one writing the checks

Never in my 20+ years following the team have I seen such a dedication of resources to having an overall great organization

True training facilities

No cap restraints on paying for the best possible coach out there (Rhule contract was INSANE)

Diligence in the GM process

Refusal of mediocrity

Finding a loophole to "safeguard" the Richardson statue

Soon to be new stadium

You don't buy $76 million dollar homes because you are fixated on Jeans Fridays

He does have a "bit" of Snyder in him with his comments at time but the guy is a hands on owner who is committed to running a first class organization. I would rather have a guy like him then a cheap ass like the Brown family (Bengals owner)

Scott Fitterer worked in SEA when Paul Allen owned the Seahawks who at the time was the richest owner in the NFL and now comes to Carolina and works currently for the richest owner in the NFL.

Having an owner with deep pockets and a desire to win is important

So far he's made some significant mistakes IMO, but he seems to be vested in turning things around and is moving that way with actual action. I think this offseason and the next 12 months will be very telling.

What significant mistakes do you feel he’s made?

Tepper should have fired Marty last offseason

Tepper already explained that he had to get his bearings. I don't know what else you want from him.

People will whine about Marty Hurney.

Keeping Ron and Marty in 2019 chiefly (Tepper's public comments being applicable or not), followed by feeling that his comments on the QB position this offseason really put the team in a corner.

his biggest mistake was trusting Hurney and Joe Brady in year 1/2, which led to the Teddy Twoyard disaster after the "football guys" vouched for him.

Since then it sounds like he's been more hands on, and is the only reason we're even in the Watson hunt, which normally hyper conservative risk averse "football guys" would never try because they are all scared shrinking violets afraid to rock the boat in any way that could lead to less job security.

If he gets Watson, he's already done more for the franchise than Leg Shaver did in 25 years.  If he fails, then he has nothing but a legacy of failure so far.

Even Tepper himself has seemed to acknowledge that he kept Marty too long.

I suspect if Scott Fitterer does a good job as GM, Tepper's going to get an even better perspective on just how big a mistake that was.

Keeping Marty too long (or at all). This equates to a lot of player/contract mistakes

Keeping Rivera too long.

Keeping Cam too long (but this may fall on Hurney).

That said he was still learning. People wanted instant gratification and ignored the learning curve. Everyone makes mistakes, it happens. It’s about what you do about them. Franchises like the Browns, Jets, Cowboys to the extent keep making them. That’s the difference. The jury is still out on Tepper.

It appears to me however he is a quick learner and changes things quickly when a mistake is made. I believe the slow moves in the beginning were part of his earning curve NOT his normal way of handling things.

I’m ok with it. We’ll see year 5-6 what he’s really about.

There was literally >a decade of data available on Hurney. If Tepper, a self-proclained analytics guy, chose to remain blind to his history and/or the GM landscape then that is also a mistake. It's on him either way.

As to my grade I've been saying "incomplete" and I still say it.

He did gain some respect from me by finally moving on from Marty, but more so for deferring to what Matt Rhule wanted in a GM.

When he first started talking about non-traditional models and doing things differently and blah blah blah, I remember thinking "Oh crap, we're gonna screw this up and hire some Marty Hurney/Howie Roseman type so Tepper can act like he's the smartest guy in the room".

Thankfully, that didn't happen

    • QuickBooks +1-844-476-5438 aborts when it is unable to proceed any further and crashes while the save process is going on or any changes are made to its company files. It is basically the software asking the user to abort the ongoing transaction and resume by restarting the software. Such an occurrence damages the QBWUSER.ini file and results in regular crashes as QuickBooks keeps aborting. What Causes the Abort Error in QuickBooks? There are multiple reasons for the occurrence of QuickBooks abort error +1-844-476-5438: Damaged or missing QBWUSER.INI files, hardware issues or a damaged Windows. Firewall and Antivirus installed in your system clashing with the QuickBooks processes and making QuickBooks abort its current task. Configurations of different versions of QuickBooks clashing within a multi-user setup. Multiple computers hosting the QuickBooks company file. Sleep or hibernation mode is turned on while the computer is saving the company files. A disruption between the flow of data between devices storing the files. (This happens only when the files are saved and stored on different devices whereas your computer is on the network) Now let us see how to resolve the abort error in QuickBooks with some common fixes. Solutions to fix QuickBooks Abort Error +1-844-476-5438 Solution 1: Download and Run QuickBooks Diagnostic Tool Download and install QuickBooks diagnostic tool. This tool mainly analyses and highlights faulty Windows components and fixes problems within them. Once it is downloaded, install and run the tool. Finally, restart your computer and then launch the desktop version of QuickBooks application. This would fix the problem for most of the users. However, if not, then follow the next solution. Solution 2: Disable your Antivirus Application as well as your Windows Firewall Antivirus software and Windows Firewall are designed to block security threats for your system and thus, inadvertently, they sometimes block certain programs from running on your system. This can cause QuickBooks +1-844-476-5438 to keep aborting. Therefore, you need to disable your Windows Local Firewall and installed Antivirus so that they can allow updates and other information shared by Intuit for QuickBooks to download automatically. After making this change, the local machine must be restarted in order to allow the changes to take place. If you are unable to do so, contact your antivirus software provider for more details. They may provide you with possible steps to allow QuickBooks to run on your system. Solution 3: Rename QBWUSER.ini file on your System This method is used if the user is unable to open a company file stored on the network location. Locate the folder where QBWUSER.ini file is stored. It should be stored at path \Users\[User Name]\AppData\Local\Intuit\QuickBooks. If you can’t find it, it means that the file or the folder is hidden. Enable the hidden files and you’ll be able to see the file now. To rename the file, right click on the file or folder and select Rename. Change the name of the file by adding something like .old at the end of the file name. It should look something like “QBWUSER.ini.old”. Furthermore, change the name of .ecml file known as Entitlement Data Store to “Entitlement Data Store.ecml”. After changing the names of the above-mentioned files, open a sample company file. If you can’t open this sample file, copy and paste it to another local folder. This should solve the problem. Solution 4: Restore QuickBooks from Backup If all the above-mentioned steps fail, try to restore QuickBooks +1-844-476-5438 from your system’s Backup. While doing so, create an Admin user for your Windows. In most of the cases, this will resolve the root cause of ‘QuickBooks aborts’ error and it won’t reoccur. But if you’re still facing the error, try to fix the issue as soon as possible using the below mentioned automated QuickBooks recovery tool. Solution 5: Use Stellar Repair for QuickBooks Software If none of the above-mentioned techniques work and QuickBooks keeps aborting, avoid any ore hit and trial methods and quickly download Stellar Repair for QuickBooks® Software. Equipped with the most technically advanced scanning and repair techniques, this professional product is sure to rid your application of all error-causing issues and make it run as smoothly as new.

    • Ehh NYR had more scoring opportunities and Florida is healthy with an elite net minder. Only fault I have on Rod is his goalie decision. At some point, the players deserve some balme.
