Wrong.  There are many reasons that victims of sexual assault do not file criminal charges.  That is a big problem...and also is a big issue for males who are victims.

You could be right. I’m pretty sure that’s what happened. He tried to get at some women who wasn’t feeling it. Probably received some bad info. That’s not a crime.
