as long as Pitts is not in our division, I'm happy.  Especially if the Falcons spend their first rounder on a guy who sits for a year.

I think our D is better equipped to handle pitts than they would be a third stud WR or Sewell.

(no, I really didn't see it until she mentioned it)= I was asking to make sure the sentiment has not changed.   I saw a survey on NFL network that showed how popular opinion had shifted from Jones to Fields--so I was curious)

Taking a QB would mean that they are rebuilding. Matt Ryan hasn't fallen off physically and likely won't for quite some time. You take Pitts, have a quality offensive staff and they are not only contenders for the South but the Superb Owl.

They would be fools not to take a future qb if the opportunity arises. It stings they are even in position to do that since they have had our number for what seems like several years now.

I think Jones, Lance and Fields are all in the same realm just with very different knocks on each of them.

But personally I like Fields better than the other two. I do not like the idea of Fields going to ATL and sitting behind Ryan for a year or so.

Either way, Lance to ATL makes sense, assuming they go QB.
