Yea everytime I come back here I'm reminded of just how much of a backwater for football discussion this place is lol. He then goes on to mention poo that the best organizations do...you know like...having only 2 QBs in the last 30 years. Only find that on the best teams.

Doing the same thing with Rodgers they did with Favre and now these yokels who only watch First Take just run with whatever they are told on there about how the Packers are "mismanaging" lol. Hell if anything the NFL will be more than willing to triple down to make sure the league doesn't end up like the NBA, much less a 1 ring having Diva of a QB from GB gonna be runnin poo. But honestly Rodgers hates the media and loves trolling them, so who knows.

It's more for anything non Panthers related it seems... we're out here trying to say a division where the #2 team has more winning seasons than anyone in our division since our inception (which is already a generous sample, because the teams in our division's history pre-1995 is awful) is weaker than the NFC East sans NE lol

Is English a second language for you? You sure do struggle with it.

Oh look, it's the grammar police. You lose on merits. So your recourse is this? lol

Face it dude. Your insults are as lame as your arguments. Maybe there are some 5th graders around you can practice on. Then come back and try again. It's okay, I'll wait.

Isn't this a yearly cycle?

1) Rodgers threatens to quit and has a dramatic dispute that ends just in time for training camp.

2) Packers look pretty bad first two games

3) Packers look unstoppable and are SuperBowl favorites

4) Packers lose the NFC Championship.

Rinse and repeat......

It's just that you don't see to have a good grasp of the English language. You clearly misinterpreted my last post that was very easy to read. English is either a second language or... well, I hope English is a second language.

That's what happens when you have Stockholders. Profits over glory.

Packers "stockholders" are that in name only...they do not, nor have they ever shared in any "profits".

In fact, the franchise operates under a not-for-profit corporate structure and is the only NFL for which annual financial statements/information is available to the general public...

    • That should have been this year. Tough to sell to anyone worth getting when this crew is going into year 3 on the hot seat. I still think keeping Evero will sink them all after last year's showing. If/when he is scapegoated they need to show improvement or it's likely to be so eone else's problem next year. I do agree in principle tho, it all should have happened after last year's problems.
    • I've listened to some things that have calmed the "Bryce was flat out terrible" to just "he was really bad" in Week 1. It's Year 3 though, and that shouldn't be the barometer. I've got 1% hope left for Bryce, and that's just blind homerism coming out.  I'm scared that as much emphasis as the team places on advanced stats and PFF that the team *doesn't* think Bryce was that bad in Week 1. Couple that with so many of the QBs in the league looking rough, offense being down in general, and I feel like there's a lot of "what if's" going on in the building instead of facing the music.  Lose Week 2, and we should switch the main focus back to building/churning the roster, evaluating young guys, and hoping our next QB can have a Jayden Daniels level of impact. As we're all well too aware of, QB is a crapshoot a lot of the time. Admit we made a bad pick, and go draft another. And another. Repeat until correct.
    • I wouldn't want any of those starting as a rookie on day 1.  That said, we need a vet, that is not Andy Dalton, that can be the starter while a prospect grows and learns on the sidelines.
