Basically, this article give KR legitimacy as an NFL safety.  Comments from Snow, Rhule.  Note the indecision about Chinn, Robinson, etc.  Time to find a spot for these guys and let them learn it.  Reminds me of the Christensen confusion.  Still do not know what position a player is being groomed to play.  (Why they value "versatility", I suppose).

This staff sucks. Robinson already looked ready to go in the preseason games. They cut him, put him on the practice squad etc and it's a situation where he looks good because they finally actually let him play. Should have been in Chinns role all year and Chinn should have been up beside Shaq and Luvu. I feel like they've been waiting to make these obvious moves until after the season so they can claim their coaching over the offseason as the reason for any potential improving when in reality they're just making bad evaluations

Let me just understand a minute . . . the only sources calling Robinson a legit safety are Rhule and Snow?

I mean, those guys are great evaluators of talent, yea?

Come on man.  Robinson seems like a good dude, yes.  But calling him legit based on the evaluations of guys who have serious credibility issues in that area isn't exactly quality reporting.

Disclaimer:  I don't know if Robinson is legit or not.  Like BC, we haven't seen enough.  Just saying I'm not going to take Matt Rhule's word for it.

Everytime Kenny has gone in the game he’s popped off the screen to me. He plays with an edge we need.

If I'm not mistaken, you are one of the haters in my thread

About Robinson? I don’t believe so.

*I found it. I said he was more of a FS than SS because someone was comparing him to Franklin who is a SS and later said him getting cut with little competition didn’t look good. I you want to call that being a “hater” then sure.

After what I saw in the preseason, Robinson should have been the starting FS and Chinn should have been playing as an in the box SS. Chinn should have been the DROTY so Rhule and Snow's dumb asses decided it was a good idea to change his positon.

I’ll never under moving such a promising young rookie to a new position. It’s not like we had a great talent at LB we were trying to get on the field with him…

To a T.  This team looks like they’re going through the motions every game but he plays with energy that honestly has been gone since Norman left, but TD brought the thunder as well.  Sorely missing guys like that.

    • It's just a talking head.  Talking about gambling. If anybody takes the under on 4.5 wins, they're most likely losing their money.   So he's only saying if you want to bet on a possible sleeper, take the over.  It's not rocket science.  Pathetic that so many on the huddle have reduced themselves to posting purely trash every time they hit the submit button.
    • I mean I think the best case scenario has to hit for the Panthers and everyone else in the NFCS has to hit their worst case scenario.  Personally, I think this is the year that NO finally collapses and I think they finish 4th in the division regardless.  ATL is overrated but still likely a 6-9 win team. TB plays tough football, their defense will be there but their success depends on the offense, they too are a 6-9 win team.  The Panthers are probably 4-6 wins at best. If they find some sort of momentum during the season and get 7-8 wins, and TB and ATL struggle then maybe but I find it very unlikely.
    • We screwed up a couple years ago taking Bryce in the first place.  Nobody held a gun to our head to jump from #9 to #1.  Most people who keep up with draft news knew this 2024 QB class was loaded and we should have waited, which I advocated. It was a dumb move and I knew it.  Now we have to roll with Bryce another year.  That's fine, because this 2025 class isn't that great.  I like Ewers, but not super high on him.  If Bryce shows improvement, which I think he will, that should get him at least one more season before we have to decide on if he's the permanent answer or not.  I've said before, the 2026 draft is the next window for a franchise QB if Bryce isn't the answer. Bryce gets this year and next at a minimum.
