Has anyone here reached out to the team regarding the team's performance?

Just wondering if anyone has made their voices heard to the team?

I am getting ready to write up an email to the team expressing my displeasure with the team performance this season and my surprise the team is retaining Matt Rhule.

I know it will probably go into a spam box and remain unread. Or some intern will glance at it and trash it. But if enough of us write the team, maybe something will happen. They have to know the fans are not pleased despite the blatant misinformation being pumped by NFL media sources and local news outlets.

The only way to get through to someone like Tepper is $$$.

I’ve come to accept that he’s just waiting to can Rhule the Monday after the 22 season when we’re not on the hook for Darnold, have all of our draft picks except the 6 rounder, and hopefully Brady retires. With the amount of vacancies and more desirable franchises, we’d get the worst hire whereas next year we might get someone with a damn.

I am coming around to this rationalization of why Tepper is keeping Rhule. Another point is that next offseason, when we're looking to replace Rhule, Tepper can point to the fact that he gave Rhule ample time to prove himself, and didn't fire him after one bad season.

I hope to god that Fitterer gets final say on draft picks/trades this offseason though. Rhule has already burnt this thing to the ground. I don't want him to start drilling into the Earth's crust.

That was two bad seasons bud. Everyone had to deal with Covid and if he’s as good as they say he was in college he would have been better first season. If u look at stats u should do something in first two years or odds are it’s not going to change.

It's going to be three bad seasons, bud. It's still a selling point from an HC candidate's perspective.

I think Tepper forces a hire for a ex nfl head coach as OC, to coach Rhule as well, and if next season starts to tank he may pull the trigger on Rhule and let that OC take over. That way he has options.

He should hire Darrell Bevell he just did that in Jacksonville lol

I wrote them an e mail earlier in the season to voice my displeasure.  I never heard dick back so why bother again ?

Tepper isn't going to listen to the Huddle. He may just read comments occasionally and smirk. He doesn't give a fug about the "opinions" from the sullied masses. He will do what he wants to do.....period.

You need to add a few more $$$'s to that for it to really matter.

    • Just going off the draft sims and he's always sitting around 20 lol. First year in a while where we haven't been thinking about the draft already in late October so haven't really looked into the top 15-20 picks yet. Also the qb class is super weak so he probably will sneak up into 10-15
    • I fully expect them to pick up his 5th year , and they're waiting for him to put a full excellent consistent season of QB play in year 4 or 5. If that don't happen,  they'll eventually cut ties.  Here's to hoping he just goes on a team in 2026. The worst thing he could do is continue to see-saw us to around .500 records because it might be impossible to replace him at that point unless youre willing to do the veteran qb carousel poo we did from 2019 to 2023.
    • What do you think of Bryce Youngs career thus far? Are you excited about his progress or is it not enough for you? I included a poll of ranking his performance through 3 years thus far.  I personally think he's made some decent progress. Has had some high moments (last half of 2024, Rams game, ATL game in 2025)  but in my mind, those are still outweighed by the many more lowlights thus far (ex turnovers, missed throws, poor decisions)  It's a very mixed bag for me. He's done enough to get a 5th year option but by no means should we lock him in with a 50+ mil a year multi year deal. I want to see him play consistently well for a full year before that happens (yes, I'm still saying that going into year 4. That might be telling).  Just sucks when you see CJ Stroud, Jayden Daniel's, Caleb Williams almost immediately lighting poo up with their arm talent. Maybe Bryce is just an ultra slow burn. I don't know what to think anymore. Guess we're gonna be stuck with him for a whilr unless we end up being bad enough to earn a high pick next year. I doubted it lol. Overall Stats for his career:       ● 14 W - 30L (regular season)       ● 0-1 playoffs record        ● 61.4% completion, 8291 passing yards, 49 TDs, 30 INTs  Year 1:       ● 2 wins, 14 losses      ● 60% completion rate, 2877 passing yards, 11 TD to 10 INTs, 5.5 yards per attempted pass Year 2:        ● 4 wins , 8 losses        ● 60.9% completion rate,  2403 passing yards, 15 TD, 9 INTs,  6.3 yards per attempted pass  Year 3:        ● 8 Wins, 8 Losses         ● 63.6% competition rate, 3011 passing yards, 23 TDs to 11 INTs  Playoffs         ● 1 game in year 3 ( 0 - 1 in playoffs)         ● 21/40 (52.5% completion rate), 264 passing yards, 1 TD, 1 INT.
