I think the Vikings are waiting on former Eagles LB Demeco Ryans who is the DC in San Fran. 

I am shocked Flores doesn’t look like he is going to get a HC gig. He's a guy to look out for next year.

It's that or the sleeper is still Harbaugh.  I guess their new GM was also with him in their SF days and there was some confirmed call between MIN & Harbaugh's camp.
