Broncos still have 10 draft picks with 3 in the top 100. They are in win now mode under Elway. We all know how that goes. 3 to 4 draft picks and some players would not be out of the question for Elway to get McCaffrey.

64, 75 and 96…

I’d take that. Those picks will most likely be shipped to Houston. Houston clearly doesn’t want CMC. So Carolina looking for ways to gather up some picks

      Vick's issue with Reid was that he couldn't take a hit, and he wouldn't go down. Otherwise he was pretty good much of the time.  Mahomes has a system that works. Mahomes doesn't become Mahomes elsewhere because not everyone can extract 125% of the ability of a specific player like Reid can. Kevin O'Connell is beginning to look like he has that ability as well but I'll need to see how he does with his Redshirt Freshman.  I also wonder how much of their playoff issue last year was related to the offense as a whole and not just Darnold. Fans don't really dive into the "why" things happen, they just see the what and complain about it.

      Get off my lawn 😡 Reid coached Vick for a while. It helped, but ultimately Vick was still Vick. One of the maxims I swore by for years was to never sign a free agent QB from Reid's system because they never looked the same anywhere else. Would that apply to Mahomes? 🤔 Difficult to say. I might lean no, but it applied to McNabb. Doubt that theory ever gets a true test, though.
