What would be ironic as hell is if we did this and then Watson is suspended all next year and Texans own the #1 overall pick cuz of us.

Good Lord, I will be physically sick if we make this move.

I hope he does. Fvck David Tepper and Deshaun Watson and most of all, Fvck the Carolina Panthers.

I wasn't a fan of those kind of figures even before the allegations happened so definitely don't want to see that now.

NGL, we'd have QB solved if he is on the field and playing, but boy...  we will be hurting for quite a few years.  Thinking about the assets is one thing, but seeing them in type stings.

For a 2022 2nd and a 2023 6th...

That's a lot less than the Bears traded to get him.

Thats prime??? people keep miss-using words.

Sorta feels like chucky was right and at the time I thought it was veto-worthily.

Trading AND paying a top5 elite salary is not the way..

    • Watching games this year again and Bryce missed a wide open XL many times and some of them were in the endzone. I get the kid has mental lapses and hasn't broke out yet, but this is year three on a rookie deal! Cutting bait now is too early. If he hasn't gained anymore trust from his QB, posted any highlights, little production, or outright gets beat out then we can talk movement.
    • Samesies   I truly may just cash completely out of Panther football if we give him a long term deal that isnt necessary.  I have watched NFL for 50 years now and I can without a shadow of a doubt say you cannot win consistently with BY.  Way too many limitations to deal with.   I may come back around in 3 years when the inevitable happens and all parties are either cut and/or fired.  Giving him a deal before this season so you hopefully can get him cheaper in case he "blows up" or if you truly believe that he will has to be the most moronic decision a gm can make when the evidence is laid before you with different players
    • This is the one! I was at that game and all KB had to do was lay down on the corner after the pick or make an obvious tag while he was down. He had already ran a lazy route. Then if Cam would've just walked to the sideline like most elite QBs instead of trying to make the tackle.  A lot of people bring up the TJ Watt hit, but he just reaggravated a bunch of scar tissue from that play. And every Cam hater said that the running did him in and it was a dive tackle attempt on an interception that initially began the shoulder deterioration. He still went to New England later and would've got them in the playoffs had their A team not sat out the covid year. We quit on him too early. But hey how good was Teddy? Am I right?
