Like I've been saying this whole time... Rhule is keeping us from getting Watson.

No way in hell Watson would want to come here and have Rhule as a head coach.

I can see it now post game interviews so coach what happen on that 1 play at the end of the 4th that cost you the game? Well Mr so and so Watson didnt have a good game today he was terrible bad passes bad decision making bla bla bla but I know that me and my staff put together a winning game plan for us to win today but unfortunately Watson just didn't get it done today it's on his shoulders.

So if he's right, do you think DW ends up a Brown???

No, I actually have a bad feeling he ends up in SF. I had a feeling yesterday there would be a late player get in the mix and win the sweepstakes. He knows he can go there and immediately be a super bowl contender.

Hahahahaha.

As close to a 0% chance as it gets. Not happening.

Time will tell.

What are they going to trade away? How are they going to make the cap work? They're in one of the tighter cap spots in the league. They get a $16M penalty if they trade Lance. They don't have a first round pick until 2024.

It's a virtual impossibility now. Last offseason? Great fit. But circumstances change.

    • Actually we like to run more than most, and the dropoff isn't that drastic. We seem to be pretty much middle of the road. The Facons, Bucs, Browns and Bengals are the ones where running drops off markedly when they start trailing. Our line on the chart, like I said, is somewhat middle of the road.  As to whether or not if it's good or bad is anyone's guess by looking at this. I suspect people who like Old school football won't be upset at this at all. The thing is, we would have to know the game scripts and the situations, as running and or passing making sense is contextual. I know that I haven't necessarily been enamored with Canales's situational play calling. At the end of the day, I believe in using the run to set up the pass and the pass to set up the run, and trying to keep the opposition off balance, but I still believe that you should run it down their throats if they can't stop it.
    • Hey alright baseball is awesome.  I cheer for the Braves but I watch all 30 teams.  I pay for MLB TV and both local teams because I'm insane.🙃
    • Because he's from Charlotte, grew up a Panthers fan, and could still make amazing money as an elite LG for his hometown team. And while I think he's a quality starting LT, he's not a Top 5 type of player either.  If he could prove to be a true elite LG, the money might not be that different than what he could make as a LT anyways. I'm not saying he will, but I don't think it's out of the realm of possibilities.
