What is happening, why even convene a second grand jury if you didn't have the firepower to indict? The more they come at the king and miss the more it looks like a wild hunt even if Watson is guilty.

This doesn't have an affect on all the civil lawsuits, he could still be ordered to pay damages for emotional distress/trauma etc if those go to trial. At this point he'll probably try to settle out of court and pay $1-2M to each person. If he goes to trial for those it'll just be more graphic details leaked and people crying on the stand and it'll be a nightmare PR situation to deal with

It is interesting to note some victims will only take a settlement without a nondisclosure, meaning the/all details and any further discussion will be public. and/or allowed.You’d think if there wasn’t substance there, no one would GAF.

The gist of the matters came out in the criminal trials so for the most part all that stuff is out there. If he settles without NDA's I guess they can all attempt to go on media tours/write articles/books whatever if they even feel like dealing with the publicity. Not saying some or all are trying to profit further off the situation but it's a scenario that could happen
