We pick 144, 149, 199, and 242 today. I don’t even think it’s worth it to draft for need at this point in the draft. Just bring in BPA/athletes.

I thought they gave up 144 to trade up for Corral? I was drunk last night so you'll have to forgive me.

Gotcha. I was lit last night so forgive me.

I'm really interested in who Howell goes to. Zappe may go undrafted. This draft is crazy.

Howell is just ridiculous value right now. I had a slightly higher grade on Corral but at some point he’s going to have to be BPA on someone’s board. I could see a team not even necessarily needing a QB just draft him anyways and maybe you can develop him some to raise his value and flip for higher picks in the future. I feel bad for Howell this slip wasn’t warranted imo. I think so many teams are just telling themselves they’ll go QB next year.

I can’t remember the last time a QB as good as Howell was there on Day 3.

Some names I'd like to see for us

Calvin Austin III WR

Isaiah Likely TE

Zach Tom OG/C

D'Marco Jackson ILB

Justyn Ross WR

Hassan Haskins RB

I'd love Zach Tom and Justyn Ross.

I'd also like Isaiah Likely but with Tremble last year and resigning Ian Thomas I doubt it happens.

Like I said last night very few coaches have the luxury of taking on a developmental qb. Most are in win now mode and none of these guys are ready to start right away. All of them need a year to learn an nfl offense and learn how to read nfl defenses. Pittsburgh has the luxury of taking a shot with Pickett because if he fails Tomlin isn't going anywhere.

OL is the most common hits in those numbers. Hell, I say use them all on OL. One hit and it's worth it.

    • I had everything saved on an old email address and my computer crashed and could not be revived.  I tried reviving it, then stumbled on one I was going to create several years ago...So I am using it instead.  My fault--did not keep the email and forgot password--
    • Rasheed Walker for Kris Jenkins Jr.is what i am actually referring to in that particular post  all those #'s you are referring to are athletic #'s & Monroe Freeling had or has an impressive combination of size & raw athletiscm & it has nothing do with his size or athelticsm that is preventing him from being a day 1 starter in the NFL technique is where he struggled at the NFL combine & not only scouts but analysts alike also viewed him as more of a developmental type of player rather than a day 1 starter  go take a look at Will Campbell transition from the SEC to the NFL another first round LT that was drafted #4 overall by the New England Patriot,s.Will Campbell was a three year starter at  LSU & was thought to be one of if not the very best LT's in the SEC  & compare his SEC carrer to his rookie season in the NFL? just because you played good in the SEC at LT does nescarrily mean you are ready to start at LT in the NFL day 1 & or your rookie season  & one last thing i think you are jumping to conclusion & somehow assuming that i do not like Monroe Freeling ?which could not be further from the truth .what i do not like is the idea starting a player who is not ready ...just saying
    • I'd 10x rather play the NFC North than NFC West.
