I went down a country music rabbit hole recently and every song was about being freed of the ball and chain (and therefore being free to golf drink and fish).

This is a terrible, terrible song. All new country music sounds like this garbage.

with that being said, Combs is def a talented musician. His cover of fast car shows he has some skills but is just an industry plant that plays bubblegum country music. Morgan Wallen for mainstream garbage country isn’t bad but he is a racist drunk. It’s all garbage honestly. Just like mainstream rap now. Basically the same thing.

Mainstream rap is far from garbage especially at it's peak. It's the mid level mainstream shyt that's always been trash. I imagine the same for country, besides Chris Stapleton I'm not too familiar though

Ekwonu wasn't invited?

If Pickett were the 1st round pick, no doubt in my mind Rhule and Tepper would have paraded him out there. Corral is probably off to the side since Ekwonu didn't get an invite.

Or maybe the big man from Nigeria just really isn't into Amercian red neck noise ...........

Mainstream rap is horrible. Rap in general isn’t that great TBH. I listened to predominantly R&B and Jazz growing up. I appreciate a good rap song with a sample or actual live instruments used and some nice vocals. Nothing new coming out has that, especially not mainstream.

    • well i could go on & on but i will just highlight it by saying big difference trust me from the SEC & NFL.it's honestly like comparing apples & oranges especially when you are talking about a  LT. in the NFL you are going up against the most athletic freaks of nature the world has to offer . .the NFL also has much more exotic & complicated defensive schemes than what they are used to seeing at Georgis &  finally but most importantly you have to learn how to master complex bio mechanics where the body kick steps instantly as a reaction to these world class athletes rush without really making a conscious effort it's more of a learned muscle memory  & it can take thousands upon thousands of reps to master rproper technique for a LT in the NFL especially if you are still very raw like Monroe Freeling is    ...just saying
    • All that being the case or maybe being the case, we do not know Wharton’s timetable n the first place. They are being coy about it. Or maybe not. They say week to week the board says he is terminal lol and must be replaced. Who knows? It may or may not warrant a fairly drastic solution.  Walker is a bargain and we are not well stocked at OL despite recent investments. Freeling has yet to have a single padded practice. Too much speculation driving this plan IMO.
    • I would really love to know who’s actually making these moves because it’s weirdly vague who’s doing the hiring and firing.
