Unless the word is win more games this year or else. Three straight years of 5 or less win seasons for a coach who hasn’t had any success in the NFL should get him fired. If Corral flashes I could see them wanting to get an offensive coach to fully develop him. The Chargers fired their coach after Herbert showed potential and the Browns did the same with Jackson/Kitchen and Baker.

I'm just worried we'll promote McAdoo and repeat the Kitchens, Dirk Koetter mistakes where you promote the OC to HC so you're young QB can work with someone they are familiar with.

If we promote him mid season there is still a good chance we bring in an outside HC the following year. The Raiders intermediate HC got them in the playoffs and was still replaced this past year.

One would think.

I would imagine the excuses are going to start to get pretty old after three straight losing seasons.

Tepper might be dumb but I don't think he is dumb enough to accept that.

If a rookie QB is starting in year three and struggling for you, my question is probably gonna be, "Well why didn't we do this in year one if you needed more time to develop a rookie?"

Plus, if Tepper can't read the tea leaves as elite QB after elite QB chooses not to come here......I really don't know what to say.

Sadly, the Panthers are quickly becoming both the armpit and the a--crack of the nfl. You know the monikers once reserved for Oakland and Cleveland.

You wouldn't know it while visiting the huddle and seeing posters complaining about negativity. You'd think we were the class of the NFC and we should all just be thankful we get to watch the magic at work.

I stopped trusting her when she used a supposed “big breaking news” to get people to watch her terrible podcast. I’ll never get that time back.

I have a podcast? Woah, I had no idea.

    • Im not firm on many things football, but this statement or belief or strategy I am 100% for. Full Offseason the goal is to make the playoffs. Week 1, 1000% I want to win. Weeks 2-10,  1000% I want to win. Until the math stats 0.000000000% chance at NO playoffs, I want to win. *Once* there's no chance at the playoffs, I want to 100% lose every game until the end. You are still loser at 2-15 or 5-12, I want to never lose like this again. I want the best value for losing and suffering. Again the only goal is playoffs. Once in the playoffs anything can happen, I want to win the whole dam show. If you happen to lose in the first round, that's perfectly fine and lets work hard this upcoming off-season to get another chance to make them.  This is the ONLY way to play in the NFL. Anyone not understanding this method of strategy, please call your doctor for a visit...
    • Purdy's good but at the end of the day you're paying first class money for a business class seat.  It's a big problem with the salary cap.  QBs take most of it whether they are Pat Mahomes or not.
    • Purdy saved the 49ers from that three 1st picks for Trey Lance. People forget that. People also forget he should have MVP votes for the 23 season. He's been any where from the 8th(his best/23) to 14th ranked QB, he's legit and guys around top 10 get paid as QBs.....guys in 28th get paid too, he's 4x the QB Trevor Lawrence is and better than BY by miles as well...even without CMC, Samuel(whos a RB playing WE), and half the OL.    *BUT*    You non-believers missed this ultra important mistake that honestly made me reconsider all the praise I gave him. https://www.si.com/nfl/49ers/news/49ers-qb-brock-purdy-throws-blind-40-percent   That's is damming to my case and reset my thinking of his. That's nuclear scary now and I need some time.  too honest for me to overlook.
