If anyone else remembers, help me out. On draft night, one of his college teammates commented on Ickey’s demeanor before a game and said something to the effect of, “he doesn’t talk, he doesn’t listen to music, he just stares straight ahead and it’s terrifying” 

It was a great quote and I can’t find it anywhere, but he seems like the type of guy that will do his best to be ready.

Jordan Gross struggled a little before he found his footing.  Just part of the learning curve from college to pros.

LT is the hardest spot to adjust to coming from college. 

I wish the alllllllll powerful huddle would reverse their comments about Ickey struggles, but it would be easier to walk on the sun..

Sounds like he's as advertised. Physical potential through the roof but needs technique work and experience. Why he needs to play early and often.

You need to be a man-beast, but it nearly like 99% technique for the OL. Make one small mistake and the QB is on IR.

Fans aren't generally that patient. 

The history of the position indicates patience is needed.
