Are we the worst team in the league?

Where is this talent that we supposedly have?    What is a position group of strength?

Burns, Moton, Moore, Chinn, CMC, Shaq. Those dudes are above average starters on other teams.

Now name me six players from the Jets, Texans, Falcons, Commanders, Jaguars, Seahawks that are better than those guys.

Im not saying we are loaded with talent but we have more than the bottom of the barrell.

It's us and Atlanta.  And NE/Pitt both look pretty bad but not us bad.  Houston's defense is really stingy.  Jaguars defense is much improved, have a good offense coalescing around Trev/Etienne/Kirk. Jets look admirable with an over the hill Flacco starting (LOVE LOVE Garrett Wilson), and Bears much better than expected. Falcons look bad.

At least we aren't Cardinals fans.  They just spent all that money on Kyler lol.

Burns is a one trick pony

moton got destroyed today

shaq is average

chinn is really good

cmc is not his old self

we have some complementary pieces but no where near enough to say we have a talented roster

Stupid staff is playing Chinn out of his natural position, misusing CMC, and trying to make the OL pass block for too long.

Gross misuse of talent.

We have a HC that couldn’t put together a preschool puzzle about football. Part of being a good head coach is elevating those around you. Rhule has taken these players and dragged them down to his level of buffoonary.

I don’t disagree but I am saying even with that we don’t have much talent on the roster.   We literally have no position group of strength.   Daniel Jones carved us up we he needed to and I thought our corners were best in the league.   Horn played average at best.

We could have easily dinked and dunked/rushed all the way down the field every possession, but we chose to rung long developing routes with pretty much no check downs all game long. Made zero sense

    • I was honestly flabbergasted to see Rod send out Stanky and the boys to to matchup against their top line to start the game. The reason that line has been so effective is because they've been matched mostly against 2nd and 3rd lines all year. You've got last change. Use it to your advantage.
    • Nobody played well on defense last night. But, the vitriol towards Chatfield (and to a lesser extent, K'andre) is bigly misplaced. People (not just you) just refuse to accept how bad Slavin has been this season. And, I get it. Canes fans (and informed analysts) have spent nearly a decade trying to explain to casuals just how good Jaccccob is at hockey. 4Nations happened and the hockey watching public started to listen. National media even started floating the idea of creating a new award in his honor. Then this season, he gets hurt. It happens. NBD. But, when he finally came back, it wasn't the same. He'll get back to his old self in no time. Probably just some rust, it'll be fine. Only, it wasnt rust, and he's not fine. He's bad right now. It wasnt just last night. Although, that was absolutely the worst game of his NHL career. Slavin (-4) currently has the 3rd worst +/- of anyone left in the playoffs. We've  been begging the world to recognize Jaccob Slavin's greatness. And, by the time we finally got people to listen, he shits the bed! I blame Kash!
    • According to Scott Fowler, in an article about former Panthers announcer applying for a job with the Ravens... what that job pays, incidentally, when the Ravens posted it publicly they said the salary would be $4,000 to $5,000 per game. An NFL season consists of 20-24 games, including the preseason and potential playoff games, so it will end up somewhere between $80,000 and $120,000 a year. The person hired will be an independent contractor, which is commonplace in the NFL these days for team broadcasters, and also have other radio and TV hosting assignments.  https://www.charlotteobserver.com/sports/nfl/carolina-panthers/article315839800.html
