They spoke with someone about reports that a trade was imminent and were told there's no time frame but that they'd received calls and would require high compensation.

Seems like all of the speculation is coming from articles, media, and twitter posts. I havent seen any substantial information stating that is indeed happening. It's not my job to chase down the facts, but CMC being trading is more speculation than factual right now. 

 

As long as the Panthers stick to the compensation needing to be high, then Im fine with the direction this is going. I just dont want to get an alert on my phone that CMC was traded for a third and a fourth. Just woulndt be worth the dead cap.

I mean, CMC leaving almost 100% guarantees the #1 overall though.  Would that be worth the dead cap?
