CMC to the 49ers

I'm glad for CMC as he leaves this sh*tty situation and goes somewhere where he has a chance to win a superbowl.

Sucks we had to do this but with incompetence at both Ownership, Management, and Coaching being a constant, there was no actual future for CMC as far as future success goes.

Dude...every team with a PULSE is the enemy and has been the enemy for years.

Even our own team is the enemy 'cause we suck.

Christian now stands directly between us and a Superbowl until he retires.

That's a problem we don't need.

The better he does the better they do and the worse our draft picks from the trade get.

Anyone who wants him to do well is in direct opposition of the Panthers.

I don't know why idiots can't figure this out.

The best thing for us is he pulls a hammy and later on a quad. And SF loses more games.

Well you could also hope he plays well but the Niners still lose so....

You're absolutely right...

Someone bandwagon Darnold, should never be considered a real Carolina fan.

Cmc was holding us back... what we were paying for was a couple highlight reels from his rookie season

Without him there's now no franchise guy...no identity...the way it should be.

Before Cam, no player was above the team... maybe we had a best offensive player Smitty and best defensive player Peppers but it wasn't just their team...we were and are the Carolina Panthers

You either with us or against us...keep pounding

HOW ABOUT YOU SHUT THE HELL UP AND GET OFF YOUR SOAPBOX, EH?🖕

(and maybe post a bit more often around here since you're such a "big Panthers fan")

CMC gave his heart and soul to this franchise and what did he have to show for it?

Plenty of personal Stats (and a big contract) but no real success.

So him going somewhere where his talent will be actually beneficial to the team (and would result in actual victories) is something people should be grateful for on a personal level.

So kiss my ass with the whole "he's our enemy" BS.

This team right now needs a massive overhaul from THE TOP all the way to the bottom.

Saying crap like "ooooh he's our enemy." as if this team is capable of doing anything about it considering they are their OWN worst enemy for the past bunch of years under Tepper's ownership, and a moron for HC,  is absolutely asinine.

Good f'n grief...

San Fran already had one of the best run games, I'm not sure this makes them that much better. I think they will finish around 8-9 or 9-8. They have a tough schedule and a lot of holes.

Still hurts to see him in another uniform, but it's good that we did him right

I think Jimmy Garapolo having CMC to just toss the ball to would make him look better than he normally looks.

If CMC could make Sam Darnold look like a competent QB, he would make an actual competent one in Jimmy even more competent.   CMC does things that San Fran's rb's aren't capable of doing.

And it totally sucks that some other team will now benefit from his talents.

    • My projection. I think at WR its time to go with youth. This means Moore should be the odd man out. Horn can return both punts and kicks and Tremayne is a better WR than Moore. XL gets one more year to prove himself, although I could see a trade in the future which would mean Moore could stay. For OL, I would like us to bring back Brady if we can. The RBs, Trevor can return both punts and kicks too. With the uncertainty of Brooks and Dillon, its hard to choose either one. I think the team would like for Brooks to have a breakout season to clear any uncertainty that he deserves a spot. For now, I have them both even and on the team. DL looks solid as well as OLB. Watch out for the UDFA of Aaron Hall and Isaiah Smith at OLB. They look promising and could knock someone off the team. ILB is still the biggest weakness on the team. We need to upgrade that any means necessary. CB is strong and Im praying to all the Gods that Wheatley beats out Scott at FS.  OFFENSE: WR: Tetairoa McMillan - *Chris Brazzell II* - Brycen Tremayne TE: Tommy Tremble - James Mitchell LT: #Rasheed Walker# - *Monroe Freeling* LG: Damien Lewis C- #Luke Fortner# - *Sam Hecht* RG: Robert Hunt - #Saahdiq Charles# RT: Taylor Moton - #Stone Forsythe# TE: Ja`Tavion Sanders - Mitchell Evans WR: Xavier Legette - Jalen Coker - Jimmy Horn Jr. QB: Bryce Young - #Kenny Pickett# RB: Chuba Hubbard - Trevor Etienne - #AJ Dillon# - Jonathon Brooks DEFENSE: LE: Tershawn Wharton - Bobby Brown III  NT: *Lee Hunter* - Cam Jackson RE: Derrick Brown - LaBryan Ray LOLB: Nic Scourton - Patrick Jones II  LILB: Trevin Wallace - Bam Martin-Scott - *Jackson Kuwatch* RILB: #Devin Lloyd# - Claudin Cherrelus  ROLB: #Jaelen Phillips# - Princely Umanmielen LCB: Jaycee Horn - Akayleb Evans RCB: Mike Jackson - *Will Lee III* - Chau Smith-Wade SS: Tre`von Moehrig - Lathan Ransom FS:  Nick Scott - *Zakee Wheatley* - Demani Richardson  SPECIAL TEAMS: K/KO: Ryan Fitzgerald P/H: Sam Martin KR: Trevor Etienne - Jimmy Horn Jr. PR: Trevor Etienne - Jimmy Horn Jr. LS: J.J. • His contract is guaranteed.  Legette is just not where he needs to be mentally.  Not fully invested, it seems.
    • Literally like Hill. He's not QB1 material (now or ever), but if we can turn him into a H-back and use him like  Swiss army knife, that's his ticket to make the roster.  H-back/emergency QB.  I wonder how good his hands are?  If they are at least above average by NFL standards then we can line him up in the backfield, in the slot, split out wide and of course, in the Wildcat.
