So Carolina turned down 3 first round picks and 1 second round pick for Burns/Moore?!?

You could pretty much have your choice of coaches with a setup like that to let them draft "their guys". The Panthers just need to do a huddle poll if they want the right answers.

Might also have a coach who would want a new gm with that capital and the results the last 2 years. Well the fact we didn't make the trades also should be the end of the line for the current gm too.

Really if he pulled off  the rams trade should have gotten him a 2 year lease on life. Now idk. Pull of the Moore trade and idk if that buys him much.

But damn all that capital would have been really useful on a full reboot, cause the money coming off the books in year 2 and 3 would have been useful for flipping the roster and keeping a few young guys.

Even though I’m not a cowboys fan but  the Hershel Walker trade in the 90’s is what they needed to acquire as many picks as possible to build those Super Bowl championship teams in the Jimmy Johnson era. We are in total rebuild mode I would have traded DJ Moore and Brian Burns. I like both of them but we’re not winning with them.

What I've been saying for weeks. Yet people told me that Moore was the next coming of Randy Moss and Burns is lawrence taylor.

Right? Nobody wants to take off their fandom glasses and see things for what it really is until losses like this happen and then they will go back to saying how glad they are to have Brown still when he gets another gimme sack in a meaningless game.

    • I turned to the NFL Network and they are playing the Wildcard Game against the Rams I think we gained a lot of respect around the league we hung in there for a while into the 4th Quarter 🙂
    • Does anyone know for sure if the game tonite will be on HBO max?  That is where I watched the last one and only access I currently have- I am in SE NC and no broadcast stations carry the games.😖
    • take a  look around the league at other young Qb's such as Drake Maye , Jayden Daniels, Bo Nix , CJ Stroud  & Caleb Williams who at the time like Bryce Young they also were drafted by teams with a losing record .the only difference with these Qb's is after joining their teams with a losing record they led those same teams to a winning record in a very short period of time .it's simply what you call a game changer & or elite Qb's & then take a  look at  the other side of the coin you have Qb's such as Trey Lance, Zach Wilson, Mac Jones, Justin Fields  & Anthony Richardson also like Bryce Young all first round picks who instead of winning either did not play or led their teams to a losing record while playing  Bryce Young who has an overall record of 14-30 & wildly inconsistent & never in the history of the NFL has a Qb 5'10" or shorter had a successful carrer as Qb in the NFL  if anything history is telling you exactly what ?..just saying
