his left hand is covering up part of the ball because the ball has already passed him.... Tom Brady wouldnt get this kind of defense on an errant pass...  If you want to believe that this was on the RB ... go ahead... its assinine, but go ahead.

I don’t think it was on the RB. Most RBs can’t make that high catch. It was overthrown. If you watch the actual video you can see it get deflected off his hands though. Then the commentator actually says it got deflected off Montgomery’s hands. Your picture is misleading is all I’m saying, but I think you know that.

i wasnt trying to lead to anything with that photo... the point of the photo was to show that the ball is way over the dump offs head.. and should never ever have been deemed as a "catchable" ball by any party.

Pretty much. Then used his 1 INT as proof he can’t read a defense…. He needs work as a passer, but that’s getting just silly.

thats not at all what I did... I called out that his last pass was an INT, while alluding to the fact that protecting the ball is an issue he has had since he came into the league.

but go ahead make this a thing.

so weird watching these posters who watch these games hoping to see these players make a mistake (and obsessing over every one) because they so desperately want to avoid drafting a QB

(or draft some mid round future backup they “discovered”)

This^^. Evolving opinions based on evolving play be damned, some just want to bash when the opportunity is given.

I've been lurking here and decided to join in on this prospect talk, it's just silly.  And now we're dissecting a single throw by Justin Fields lol.

We should all want to see ALL of these guys looks as awesome as possible, it's only for our benefit to have some great QBs to choose from.  I want Levis to look better, I want Richardson's accuracy to improve, I want Stroud to look absolutely perfect.  It's as if some are actually more intent on having hard-lined unwavering stances and being right about it, waiting for the second to say a guy blows.

Stroud had some really damn nice anticipation throws today, great moments, had a bad end of game.  That's really it.

Showed strong ability, lived up to his hype, the D fell apart, and he couldn't will the team downfield and made some mistakes at the end. It doesn't mean he's #1, doesn't mean he's not worth it either.

    • I mean this is legit AF statement....you don't spend that draft capital on a project just like you don't trade up for an injured RB either, which was done in the same draft.  That draft IMO was a necessary evil for DM to learn from his mistakes (I think he did but some may not). Also I have to mention I'm a big Coker fan and think getting him as an UDFA was obv a steal.  Coker is the better WR2 at this point as Legette and its not even debatable unfortunately.  Give him year 3 but don't expect much from him.  Continue in the offseason with adding as much talent and competition on the roster as possible including WR.  Or just trade his ass for peanuts and continue to build roster by any means.......
    • Losing him was a huge loss. Look at how the Bears went from a 5 win team to now a 11 win team. The Lions offensive line is bad this year, secondary is bad and Campbell going for it on 4th down all the time has cost them games instead of taking the Field Goals. Goff is inconsistent as well.
    • Nah we just talking about giving a platform and normalizing predators (who both beat women) opinions and celebrating it if it fits your narrative.  If that's fun I'm fine being a miserable fug by not supporting P.O.S like that. N b4 you call me a libtard or some other dumb ish know I'm an Anarchist/Libertarian and believe both these dudes should get a complete ass whooping (at min) or something worse for what they have done to women in this world.
