Even if the Panthers win against the Bucs, they may still have to beat the Saints in their last game because the Bucs will almost surely beat the Falcons in their last game.

If by some miracle we do beat the bucs we will beat NO. I think we beat NO regardless.

Reason being is that if we lose they will take it out on NO and kick their ass. If we win there's no way they let's the Saints keep them out of the playoffs, so they kick their asses.

Either way the Saints are taking an L.

I agree that sceniro makes very good logic.

I said it after the Steelers game, we're gonna beat the Lions but lose vs Bucs and Saints. We are not a playoff team

If that's the case, I'd rather we lose to the Bucs so at least we can say we lost to Tom Brady AND the referees.

Losing to the Taints after a big win against the Bucs would be soul-crushing....

For my part, I'm hoping we beat the Bucs and the Taints.

Okay, now I'm going to post my overly Optimistic Prediction for this game that I hope will happen :

This Panthers team isn't the same team that beat the Bucs 21-3 early in the season.

They had PJ f'n Walker (a QB that belongs in the CFL, not the NFL) go nuts offensively (for him) and beat them. 😂

Now they have a vastly IMPROVED and more Ball-Conscious(taking care of the football, I mean) Sam Darnold who is part of this well-oiled Rushing Machine of an offense who, unlike PJ, can throw a deep ball (BIG PLAY) on occasion.

Plus, the Panthers also have the READ-OPTION with Sam which is a new wrinkle that the Bucs did not deal with the last time they faced them and will have issues in how to handle it.

The key, of course, is the Running game rolling and Sam continuing to show that it's not a mirage and that he truly has finally developed into at least an effective Game-manager.

All in all, I believe the Running game DOES roll (again), Sam does do well (again), and the Panthers beat the....uhh..."Brakes"....off of the Bucs (again).

Final Score : Panthers 38 Bucs 20

No idea who shows up and who doesn't. After being at the first game this year I just have no expectations other than being bored by the 4th. Run or lose, it's simple going in.

I miss football that was fun to watch. This year is like a endless bloopers reel, sometimes it's us and sometimes it the other team.

Let's hope it's the other team.

The key is scoring points against Tampa because offense is their weakness. They win when the opponent scores less than 20. We need to come out throwing and misdirection because they are going to stack the box. We need to score early. Put pressure on Brady to match scores. Up to now they haven't been doing it. Dominate time of possession and keep Brady off the field.  Simple right???

Then the key is : No Field Goals when the Panthers are in the redzone.

Only TDs.

Stat to know: The Buccaneers are 0-7 this season when allowing 20 or more points and are 7-1 when holding opponents under 20 points.

I see the Panthers scoring 21 in the 1st half and dominating TOP.
