How much FAITH in Tepper do you have to get the coach right?

This is an interesting one, as in getting the right coach will mean different something different to different people (as seen in the which coach do you want poll). So by definition no more than 1/3 of us will be happy and say he got it right

I mean ... it's up to the coach. Had Rhule known what he was doing he'd still be here. Tepper can't read minds or see inside a candidates head. On paper Rhule seemed good. He was not in the end. So on paper, yeah ... he can easily pick a "good one". But it'll either pan out or it won't.

Majority was between either Stefanski or Matt Rhule

I've been expecting Leftwich as Tepper's play.

If he gets Kafka and Tierney to come together as HC/OC, I will be surprised on how right he got it. He already surprised me by being the first owner to request an interview with Kafka for HC. Then all of a sudden the Texans responded with a request too.
