Yea, I normally go there for a freshen up and seen the games played. Then I started to goggle injuries, nbc sports edge nothing, many others nothing, checked PEDs, nothing. got confused and seems reason is it didnt happen.

I’d recommend using football reference instead of Wikipedia

The silence is deafening. I honestly wonder if he isn't being quietly shopped.

Honestly rather try him as a 2nd ILB rather than shop him. His best work is moving towards the ball and I think he and Shaq play off of each other nicely.

But if someone's willing to give back some nice comp then yeah sniff around.

Well we do happen to be out of a #1 wr and are limited on cash.  I guess you have to weigh the choice of which are more important to you.

I had previously sort of wondered if Chinn might be a potential trade piece. I can't recall the new staff really saying much at all about him. Then you see Von Bell signed who plays a similar style to Chinn... honestly, I hack EXPECT Chinn to be traded at this point

Thing is teams that have WRs worth trading for like Denver and AZ are looking for Capital/have their ILB & S pretty wrapped up.

You have to find someone willing to take a one year contract for a player with no real position. That's a really hard sell.

    • Dave in a presser gassed up Anthony Tyus III and dying to see him on the field.  I mean 3 is all that needed right, and Dan loves etienne. He's one year filling in his body. If brooks is back, toss in chubba, thats 3.
    • After seeing hits in the last two UDFA pools, I do not in this group sorta of a let down after I gassed myself up.  Not like I know of their games, but just expected more. The duke DT only has to beat out hunte (2025 UDFA) or Ray (DL coach's kid) or even Cam Jackson mid 2025 5th.  I thought they would bring in more edges, IOL, TEs, etc...
    • My 2 favorite picks, since you didn't ask? 3. Brazzell II.  A 1000 yard WR with 4.37 speed and checks all the boxes for a Z Wide Receiver.  IN THE THIRD ROUND!!! 5.  Sam Hecht.  I think he will take over as the starter at some point this season and never look back.  IN THE FIFTH ROUND. Runner Up:  2. Hunter:  We were targeting a DT early in this draft because we did very little to replace Robinson in free agency.  Hunter was our guy and he will start. In addition to that, you got a starting tackle that should man one side of the new OL we will build for Bryce's second contract. A starting WR, offensive lineman, defensive lineman and possible Offensive tackle (at some point during this year from this draft will start.  UNREAL. In addition, I don't doubt that Wheatley (5th round) takes the FS job by next year and Lee III is Jackson's replacement in 2027.   Finally, even Kuwatch should be a special teams demon and LB depth.   Last year's draft was so good it was ugly.  This one will turn out to be uglier.  No offense Basbear--this ain't about you.
