Is it time to take the Falcons seriously?

I’m not sure how to feel about all of these moves.

I had us sweeping them this coming season but now…

I think it comes down to how well thier QB plays. If he turns out to be decent they will be competitive, if not, they might fins themselves in Panthers 7-9 just outside QB range territory.

Yes. @ShockerI believe it was you who claimed I was wrong about the Falcons this offseason. They are going to be a contender if Ridder continues to do what he did the last 3 games.

7 & 10 is exactly where I’m hoping they r heading.

many on this list r older or injury prone.

but to ur point, if Ridder is solid, the South may not be as easy as we all thought.

That’s fine and your opinion.  I don’t really love any of those players outside of Bates.  They are better but they don’t worry me much personally

Agree, I think the south will be more competitive then people expect.

Jesse Bates is great, i'm not sure who else on that list is supposed to be frightening. They'll be good enough to annoy people but i'm not sure they'll be division winning good.

We can take the Falcons seriously. They just need to take us more seriously-er.

their roster is aggressively mediocre on D. I still see nothing threatening from a skill position group (or OL) that makes me think a toss up at young QB will be able to do much
