I don't see us drafting at #39 and then sitting patiently until while 54 picks get made before we're back on the clock. A potential trade down from #39 makes sense. Seeing Jeremy Chinn moved wouldn't shock me. I hope we don't do it but we sure have made moves to make it possible.

Like you. I cannot see Fitt sitting idle and not doing some wheeling and dealing. I can hardy wait to see how the whole draft plays out.

In any normal year, if you told the Huddle we were drafting the shortest QB in league history. There would be chaos. Rioting in the streets would only be the beginning.

So what's so different about this short QB?

If he was over 6'2 he'd be considered a generational talent.

I predict I'm gonna sit on my ass all day tomorrow, watch wall to wall draft coverage and likely annoy the hell out of Lady Cowboy Fan till she starts googling how to get away with murder.

(this is probably the only prediction I'm absolutely certain about) 😕

We draft Young....

only to regret it by week 6 as Stroud starts to show signs of being elite while Young struggles.

Since we're doing the bumpity bump "told you so" comments today...

I was off by a few weeks  😂

How's everyone else feeling after their predictions??

    • well i could go on & on but i will just highlight it by saying big difference trust me from the SEC & NFL.it's honestly like comparing apples & oranges especially when you are talking about a  LT. in the NFL you are going up against the most athletic freaks of nature the world has to offer . .the NFL also has much more exotic & complicated defensive schemes than what they are used to seeing at Georgis &  finally but most importantly you have to learn how to master complex bio mechanics where the body kick steps instantly as a reaction to these world class athletes rush without really making a conscious effort it's more of a learned muscle memory  & it can take thousands upon thousands of reps to master rproper technique for a LT in the NFL especially if you are still very raw like Monroe Freeling is    ...just saying
    • All that being the case or maybe being the case, we do not know Wharton’s timetable n the first place. They are being coy about it. Or maybe not. They say week to week the board says he is terminal lol and must be replaced. Who knows? It may or may not warrant a fairly drastic solution.  Walker is a bargain and we are not well stocked at OL despite recent investments. Freeling has yet to have a single padded practice. Too much speculation driving this plan IMO.
    • I would really love to know who’s actually making these moves because it’s weirdly vague who’s doing the hiring and firing.
